Call the company number of the company My first time doing a rental car they claim that they are from Enterprise car rental center the person l spoke to his name is Mark and spoke to the person about a resvertion for car and got the quote for a good price and a one time promotional deal for $360 l was informed that I had to get a a go 2 to bank card and add money for the payment and I did get the card for the payment and give Mark the information and card was supposed to be processed for the next day and then another man call me on Tuesday October 22 2024 8:30;Am PST stating that they couldn't get it processed and I then replying that I didn't have any money to get an extra 200 with a different card and the deposit is on hold for what reason when he replied back saying that l won't get reimbursed for the payment and asking for additional payment and to pay for the deposit already given so I knew it was a wrap l got scammed so I just reported it as fraud

I did not know that my insurance company reserved me a car. so I took it upon myself to reserve one. I googled " give me the 800 number to enterprise and was given 401-363-0586. I called and spoke with Sherry who reserved the car and she told me that I need to put a $300 deposit down with a AMERICAN EXPRESS card. I don't have one and suggested that I use my debit card. She told me that I could not but I could get a money order or a Walmart gift card to pay. I went and got a card and received a call from Brian at 314-328-4865 what said that I needed to send another $200 for the application fee. I called my insurance company and they new nothing about needing a $300 deposit. I would only have to put down $50. I picked up my car ( Canton Ohio) and asked them about the $300 deposit and they told me they didn't have a reservation with a deposit, only the one with the insurance company.

I spoke into the phone and googled the number to Enterprise rental car, I called the number i googled and someone answered the phone saying rental car. I thought i was dealing with the real company but it was fake. I was told i needed to go get prepaid gift cards to reserve the reservation. I did, and they kept asking for more. I realized very quickly after sending them $250 that this was NOT legitimate and that I had been scammed.
