Spoke with Thomas Williams and Ethan Winters. Was needing insurance quickly as my medicare ends the last day of October. Was promised an Aetna policy, and would receive my cards soon. All I received were discount program cards. Every time I called I was told " I am pushing through your email now and will walk you through the portal process". I was also told I wouldn't have to pay again until January, but they continued to take money. Luckily I was able to catch on quickly and put a stop to all payments. I was also able to file a dispute to receive my money back. Once that happened, the phone calls started again. Ethan claimed he wanted to give me a cheaper quote. So now I am out of insurance. But luckily I was able to get my money back. The number they call from is 302-219-6703

I was shopping for insurance on the Va *********** ********* website and was automatically called by a so called agent.

They offered me a good insurance to cover my pregnancy as well and I started paying into it immediately. They said my primary insurance was with **** ***** **** ******, but I never received any information on that and I never got anything in the mail for my membership.

Every time I called they gave me the runaround or promised my cards would be mailed. I only got ****** ***** ******* ********* Company limited benefit plan ( what they called suplemmental insurance) through the mail. But this did not cover most of the things I needed and some places did not take this insurance.

I am out about 2400 dollars of paying into this scam with no full healthcare coverage available to me, and I am pregnant, in debt and worried about my medical bills at this point.

They used the phone number I added and another one ( where they claimed they were with blue cross blue shield---I checked and they were not): 484 797 6721.

Whatever they did seemed legitimate from many point of view and Ia am not usually easily taken in like this. But they also got access to my Va *********** account and filled out an application in my name. None of the numbers or agents figure with either **** ***** **** ****** or with Virginia ********* ***********. One of the 'supervisors', who called himself James, filled out this application for me and we spent a long time talking on the phone. He has a lot of my personal information now.

This is a terrible and dangerous situation and I hope someone catches these guys before they scam someone else.

Thank you,

********* ****************

Same exact thing happened to me! When I caught onto it, I called them several times to say I wanted a refund and to cancel the insurance and this James guy yelled at me and got very mad and disrespectful. I had to go through my bank to file a claim.
