They stole my money! ELLA BEAUTY

Ella beauty never delivered or sent my order to me but they had taken the money from my debit card. I waited and waited. Sent emails upon emails. They are scammers. Buyer beware

I ordered February 18, 2022. It is May 2023 and still have not gotten my items. They have deleted their original website and made a new one with a similar names. They do not answer their emails when inquired on purchase. This is considered theft and I hope they pay!

REFUSE TO REFUND AND STOPPED RESPONDING

I ordered chebe grease and oil - I never received my order and messaged on both instagram, email, and facebook. They answered me constantly saying to be patient. I did my own research with UPS and they stated it did not deliver. UPS refunded Ella and Ella still refused to refund ME. Now they will not answer my messages. They are scammers - disgusting.

Do not purchase!!

I've used this product for over a year and have seen my hair get fuller and longer. My issue with this company is with the lengthy fulfillment. I placed an order on April 3, 2022 and have not received it. They do not respond to communications and have similar complaints (127) with the BBB(Even though they aren't registered with them). For this reason, i will no longer purchase with this company.

I ordered grease and oil drops from totaled to 39.87 on 12/15/2021. Still on the order page, it says the order is not filled as of yet. I emailed the contact email provided and have gotten a generated email but no refund or representative response. This image is not good and affects up and coming businesses from getting regular customers. A true disappointment.

Hello ! I placed a order on December 31, 2021to get a item I never received . I have emailed Ella's company by sending multiple messages and getting a lengthy response about the time frame and delays , it's bogus ... I been waiting for my package for three long months , this is ridiculous . I've called the number on the website and the number is not in service . I've asked for a refund of $24.40 and didn't get a response back . I pray that someone can help me in this matter ...

I ordered January 7, 2022 till now I have not received the product. The number on the website is not working at all. It's a disgrace that they should even state that they are " a black owned retailer of Hand / Home Made cosmetic & beauty products located in Boston, Massachuetts" you are tinting the reputation of hard working black own businesses.

I ordered on August 27th 2021 and still nothing. My order says unfulfilled up to this day..I tried getting my money back through my bank after trying to reach out to them over 40 times, emails, text, DM, calls..they turned off comments on Instagram. My bank says it's past the time frame to file fraud, so I have to go through local branch. How are they still in business? Legally, this is robbery...I'm going to go after then for more than my $40 bucks, because this is outrageous!

Phone number is no longer working, email response is a loop of saying Due to Large volume of orders and the nature of our products...We ship within 10-21 business days Do not trust because you may or may not receive your product.

I order my product back on March 31st, 2021. I just received my order on May 21st. Yes, the shipping is ridiculous. But, so far the product is great. I purchased the Chebe Hair Grease and Chebe hair butter.

I had issues with this company as well. I emailed 3 times for some deep conditioner and got same generic email. It was never submitted to the post office. I had enough of this fraud of a business and disputed with my bank. Didnt she give me my money after that? Yes indeed! Pay pal and the banks dont play that bs. Ppl really need to do reviews before purchasing from BOB or anyone. Ppl are so into fraud today, its unreal. Also read BBB complaints. Its all there.

I came across Ella’s beauty product on Facebook. She had Chebe for sale at a discount rate. Well went I click on the ad to order it prompt me to click on another button now to get another 25 % off. So I did. That took me straight to checkout ,ask for my credit card with out showing me the extra 25% off. I figure it would show up at the of the end of transactions. It nerve did!! That was the first problem. Second after waiting for over a month I reach to the company to tell them I haven’t received any type of tracking. The owner I guess went on line and explain to people that due to the high volume of sales for this product that it will take a little longer. A waited another month still no product. By this type I received a email stating i will receive a tracking number with 3-5 business days then to wait another 15 days for the product to be sent out. Well it’s going on 3 months still no product. And every time I reach out to the company I get the same vague email to please be patient and it take awhile. I’ve order stuff from China and it came before this product. Don’t trust this company!!!
