Rochelle Delley called me regarding needing runners for a project and its paying $1,500. She wanted me to pay $300 for adim fees and paperwork, but I told her I didnt have that but she asked if I can pay $150. After I did my wife looked her up and has similar scam. Next day she wanted me to pay $280 to register in the project and I told her I didnt have that money. She insisted that I should pay it that sameday. I told her I didn't have the money to pay that because of bill and once I said that she said that the project lead and her will report me for failure of service. I told how if no contract was sign. She hanged up and I asked her for a refund and she hasn't responded.
