'[email protected]' of Elite Booking Services reached out to our conference speakers under the guise of being connected to our company, and got our speakers to book hotel rooms through their 'service,' taking their credit card information, overcharging them, and providing no way to cancel or communicate with them, as all their phone numbers are fake. The number 800-372-5149 was provided on the receipt, which leads to 'Best Bottle Shots,' and their website number (listed on the previous page) leads to 'Triad Counseling and Wellness Corp'. They also provide a fake confirmation number so speakers are unable to rectify this issue with the hotel.
