I ordered the precision glucose monitoring device from this company and what I got was a pulse oximeter. Not sure why the seller is saying it is correct. I am very unhappy with this as I am a diabetic and I was wanting to not have to continue to [censored] my finger or use sensors on my arm to check my levels. I have no use for a pulse oximeter.

Ecochio Store on Facebook, Junhon Tech on PayPal

I ordered a Glycenx Precision Glucose Monitoring device from their Facebook ad on 1/20/25. It was advertised as a way to monitor blood glucose without having to stick your finger each time. I'm diabetic and this sounded great to me. The next day, they sent me an order acknowledgement which showed the photo from their ad of what I ordered, but with a price $11.00+ less than what I paid them thru PayPal. RED FLAG! Today, I received a package containing a cheap pulse/oxygen meter from them, not what I ordered at all and paid them for! It does NOT measure blood glucose and IS NOT what I ordered and that they acknowledged that I ordered back on 1/21/25. They refuse to refund my money with the phony excuse that they "sent what I ordered", but that is a bald-faced lie on their part, and not what they acknowledged in their 1/21/25 email by photo of what I ordered. I've got them dead to rights with photo proof of everything, and have escalated my claim with PayPal, but doubt I'll get my money back from those Chinese thieves!
