Serious scam

I purchased a ticket from this number through Vividseats. When I got to the venue it I was denied ticket entry - because they did not provide the proper confirmation number for me, nor did they tell me that the card number which they purchased the ticket with had to match my card number that I purchased it from, at the venue. I called the number and got a robot. Then another number texted me a confirmation number that I was never given until it was too late. When I went to the box office to get my ticket, I had to show my card. The card that I provided was obviously not the card that they used, and was on file, when they bought the original ticket. They were told of this information when purchasing the original ticket, and failed to relay the message to me or tell the venue what was going on.

The company sold unusable tickets to an event that was only discovered when we arrived to the venue on the day of the event. When a refund was requested per their policy they refused. The charge was disputed on my credit card however this is still in dispute as the fraudulent company is hiding behind the policy of all sales are final however provides a provision for a refund if denied entry to the event. When you get to the very, very end to click 'purchase' and BOOM there's an outrageous few hundred dollar service fee that puts the total price over competitor sites. Misleading and a shady way of doing business! I believe they buy tickets and resell (Scalping) which is illegal.
