Type of a scam Counterfeit Product
The item arrived and was inspected immediately and was found to be counterfeit, a knockoff. None of the promised features were there. A refund request was sent along with pictures to prove the claim and so far they have denied a refund. Paypal is involved and a case was opened with them at the same time. The attached picture will show the ad used. Unfortunately I cannot attach more than one to show the quality difference issue, but trust me, it is VERY different.
This is still an open case but I urge everyone to stay away from this company as I have learned that they have played the same tricks with many other people and with other products as well.
