I had applied for medicare part B and I received a letter stating that this was the 2nd notice regarding my 2022 Medicare Coverage. I thought it was legitimate, so I called 800-355-1287. I spoke to a gentleman who transferred me to a lady. The lady asked me where I uploaded my documents to sign up for medicare part B. I told her that I went directly to the Social Security Administration website and clicked on Medicare.gov and completed my forms online. She then told me that she never heard of those websites before. I told her that I think that they were Scam artists and told them not to use my social security number, email, or any of my other personal information and that I was going to report them to the Better Business Bureau as Scam Artists.
