The ad appeared in an Instagram ad and I ordered the product from the website. About 11 days after I placed my order, I received an email stating that the order was going to be delayed due to unexpected higher demand and was anticipated to arrive at the end of the month (would be over a month for delivery). I checked tracking and it stated that was waiting to be received. I recently checked the tracking information via 17 track website and it was no longer available. I tried to email the address on the website ([email protected]) and it stated returned with "Address Not Found" error. The website is still live, so I am believe they are still accepting orders.
