I have all the emails, on July 2nd of 2026 I went online looking for a pool for my grandchildren and talked to this company everything seemed good, til the ordered never got mailed out and when I told the people through email I was feeling it was a scammer site they said no it wasn’t and then I lost all communication my emails wouldn’t go through anymore or anything, so I reported to my bank “truist” and now I’m being told by them that if they have no luck getting my funds returned back to me then I’m just outta this money. I’m a single woman whom works hard for my money not to have this be done to me. What’s going on in my country for us hard workers to be done this way but these people. My bank said I have til October 31st for them to try a get my money as I’m praying I get my money back as it’s been a lot of stress on me. I have so many more emails will only let me upload just one.

Ordered ATV from their website & states takes 5-8 business days. This was ordered on 6/29/2026 & still not received. Been tracking order & just states processing & now site goes to a tik tok xxx website & also does on my granddaughters. Researched the company & found out the company is a fraud company that takes people money. I’m very upset about this. It was for a 10 yr old girl!

I was "initiated" a refund from this "business" and was told I should see the funds reflected on my account within 2-3 business days. I reached out after that time period and got no response. Also, my bank informed me that they didn't even initiate the refund. Also, the phone number on the site nobody answers and when they did answer, they hung up!!!
