Initially, I suspected that this company was a scam. Nonetheless, I chose to have faith and trusted their representative, Omid Abbasi.

Unfortunately, as much as I dread to say it, the company is a scam. They are a fraud.

I saw the ad on Facebook, and continued believing for numerous weeks that he would, indeed, finish the cabinets and countertops. He didn't. Everyday he would speak of coming the next day, and he never did. It was always "We're busy with other clients" or "The shop hasn't finished them, I'm going there right now." I eventually stopped calling, because it got so absurd that he would tell me he's going to the shop in the late evening, and was going to have them done for me the same night. I'm not naive, it was past working hours, therefore there was no way it would be happening as he claimed. I work hard for my money. It's hard to come by for us, and I just wanted to make a small renovation to please myself and those I live with. Asking me to pay 50% prior to the task being completed was understandable. However, 50% was a lot of money for me, as I had been getting quite a bit of work done from them. I don't have the resources to take legal action, so I kept quiet. I also had stopped calling, because he no longer answered my calls.

I'm not uneducated. I didn't fall for the scam on purpose. Omid Abbasi contacts those who he supposedly "works with" to come and take measurements. They make it seem and appeal to you, as if they are committed and are trustworthy. This includes claiming to have business in a large outreach of locations. However, the moment you give them the advance payment, they stop answering your calls, texts, and other means of communication. A direct contradiction in behaviour to what they appear to be prior to you giving them the money. He gives you a shop address and makes it seem like you can visit anytime. You can't, there's nothing there, and it's not even owned by him.

Please, just don't fall for the scam. He won't return your money, and you'll be left filled with dread wishing you hadn't done it. I chose to speak out, because I saw the recent posts of others. Just don't affiliate, and deny all the opportunities presented to you to give them money.

Thank you for bringing attention to SCAM. I had same issue, and I want complaints to be found by others who may fall to be a victim. Please be careful out there.

The exact scenario happened with me, there was a advertisement on Facebook Marketplace on name Gajanen Sivasambhu for Kitchen cabinets and Quart counter top. The message was the consultant will do in house inspection and provide the quote. The consultant showed on our investment property and provided us the quote. We requested to see cabinets /quartz in the shop. He invited us to a shop next day and gave us the impression that Omid Abassi is the owner. We narrowed down the designs and he issued us the fake quote/invoice with fake GST # initiated on his phone. He came to our house and took deposit of $4,000 on Wednesday Nov 11/2020. We are trying to call and text Omid, no response. We showed up at the shop on Nov 14 and talk to the owner and showed him the invoice. He said this all wrong, he does not own the business nor any business interest. I am going with the criminal proceedings against Omid Abassi. We should all get together and report to the authorities

I see there is advertisement on Facebook Marketplace on name Gajanen Sivasambu for Granite/Quartz counter tops and contacted them through him, I talk to Omid Abbasi to show the product and discuss the renovation. We paid the initial deposit for the kitchen top and Vanities to Omid Abbasi. He then passed the project to shop floor guys,they pretend to come and measure to show off they are going to do the job,They told us the kitchen tops and vanities are being made but not really! They said they are associated with cornerstone and top shelf countertops but it's not true. We lost communication and they're not answering my phone calls and text messages always says he is busy and consulting with customer probably doing more scams! Pls be careful with this group or company it's s fraud. Scam company. They are also goes by the name Amythyst Homes. Pls beware of this company and contact your lawyer to seek for legal action,
They must stop this.
I lost $3500+
I am looking forward to go for legal action.

We paid the initial deposit for the cabinets and countertops to Omid Abbasi. He then passed the project to kishoth Asaipillai. They told us the cabinets are being made but not. They said they are associated with cornerstone and top shelf countertops but it's not true. We lost communication and they're not answering my phone call. Pls be careful with this group or company it's s fraud. Ghost company. They are also goes by the name Amythyst Homes. Pls beware of this company and contact your local police right away.

Yes this company is a fraud company. They have a team of people from Face book advertising (Ganeshan Sivashambu), quotation provider (Omid Abbasi) and Measurement provider (Avin). They take 50% of the money and said they will gone forever. They don't call you back or pick up your call and if they pick up they give all kids of excuses in the world.
It's a totally SCAM, SCAM!.
