I purchased the metabolic supplement because it was 100% money back guarantee. As it turned out, one purchase required another. Customer support was great. Always stating they wouldn’t let me down and were on the journey with me. Until they weren’t! I decided after the second purchase and $430 later that it wasn’t for me and wanted a refund. Communication got less. They won’t give me an address to return the unused portion, a supervisor to speak with or any info on how to resolve this issue. 3-4 days of ‘be patient’ turned into 4-7. And now it’s been nearly 2 months. I have every message. I’ve persisted 2-3 times a week. The last week they quit replying entirely. I’m so frustrated. Such a shame to take advantage of people.
