The website advertised dresses on sale reduced approximately 50%. The fabric was not identified. The telephone number is false and the refund policy is bogus. They claim that I would be responsible for sending the dresses to China for a full refund. They offered a 15% refund and I keep these cheesy dresses.

Shopping online for cotton/linen dresses. Website appeared legit with money back guarantee in 30 days. Package arrived in 15 days. No tag of fabric or care of dress. Way too small and obviously a flimsy polyester. Immediately asked for full refund via email on website. Had to send pictures. Finally told I would be able to keep dresses and get a refund of $14.84. This is an oversees scam and my bank has already paid so I am out 98.92. Don't order from this company. They falsely claim their products and are unable to refund your money. Please see attached file for full string of emails.

I thought I was purchasing a dress from a USA based company as advertised however, when I received the dress that looked nothing like what was advertised, and the tracking showed it was being shipped from China, I contacted them via email immediately and never received a response.

Ordered a women's top from Donnas Dresses. Took a very long time to receive. When I received it the item was nothing like the picture. I emailed and asked for a refund. DONNA said she would be willing to give me 10 percent of my money back which was 50.00. I told her on the website it clearly states they do returns and refunds. She refused and gave me a address to send item to China and the shipping would be around 30 dollars or more for a 50 $ item.

I thought the dresses were coming from Charleston, So. Carolina. An older woman, supposedly Donna standing in front of a store front with CHARLESTON on the sign above the door. That's false advertisement. I tried to send this dress back and I keep getting the run around. Now they offered me 15% back instead of returning the dress. I have asked for an address several times. I am putting in this complaint now.
