Not a scam — good company

After reading these reviews I tried to get a refund on my order but the next day my sign arrived and it was perfect,m. It shipped incredibly fast and worked wonderfully. I hung it up at our wedding and it was a huge hit and now I feel bad I filed for a refund with PayPal — they don’t deserve these negative reviews.

I ordered a speciality neon from them, then sent the wrong one and it took an act of god to get a replacement. I filed a claim with paypal and when threatened with reversal of the charges finally made the correct replacement and then sent it. One additional thing you should know these are not true gas tube neon's but actually led look alikes. I can honestly say I would never order from them again or recommend them to anyone.

This company is FRAUD and It’s a Scam. Appears they change their names many of times online from Customer Neon Signs USA to DIY Neon Signs. I ordered a sign and never received it. There’s no number to reach them and the only way to reach them is by EMAIL and they don’t respond, The only way to pay is through pay pal and they need to block this merchant, It’s a company defrauding and scamming people of their money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
