I had a cruise coming up in 3 days for myself and 2 kids and I was told I would not be able to check in for or board the cruise unless I paid the remaining balance of $1486.89. I made it clear that I had already paid the entire balance of my cruise back in October and I had the paperwork to show this. I was told that I had to pay the $1486.89 fee immediately to allow us to go on the cruise and then I could submit the proof that I had already paid in full and they would review this and consider refunding it if was proven that I paid in full.

When I spoke with MSC cruise lines today they did not have any idea what I was talking about...so now I realize this "reservation desk" that I spoke with was a scam and not the real MSC. I called the ###-###-#### number that claims to be the "reservation desk" and when I asked to speak about my concern I was immediately hung up on.

I signed up for Peacock and am not able to log in. I went to https://www.peacocktv.com/help/article/contact-us-in-customer-service and asked for help. The chat contact person (https://direct.lc.chat/12922785/) had someone call me to help The person on the phone sent a code and told me to enter it and then hit download. Before hitting download, I asked him what was I downloading. He told me it was permission and ability for him to see EVERYTHING on my computer. I asked if it was just Peacock related. He told me he would be able to see everything including mail, personal accounts, passwords, bank accounts, etc. I then asked for a manager in which I was told to call: 1-***********. I called and no one answered. The first gentleman called back insisting that I enter the code and download the information which I did not. I told him I thought this was a scam and he hung up.
