I received a mail correspondence 2026 FINAL NOTICE, Customer IS GPGHABCC4340 expiration date. Jeff Morton, Program director - 1888-928-1981. when I asked to speak to his supervisor because he told me that the state of Ohio requires me to maintain a home warranty policy so I asked to be transferred because I had question about the correspondence he said, "I do not transfer people who do not pay their bills to a supervisor. This is your final notice lady, we're not playing around. Go get you credit card or debit card now." this man became completely unhinged so

I hung up and called Direction CU who I do bank with and asked of their affiliation and that is when i realized the letter did not have an identified company name. I called the number back on the letter, the person I spoke with was attempting to disguise his voice and would not give the company name. I told him i would be reporting him to the ScamPulse.com for fraud and scam. i tried to upload file but it states it too big
