Direct Reserve Card charged extra and card never worked

This credit card company Direct Reserve Card promised to approve me for a 300 credit limit. I had to pay them 60 dollars which I did to even get the card. They took an additional 35 without my consent from my bank account as well. It took them over 30 days to send my actual card once I finally received the card after waiting without any proper updates I was told to activate it via their website. I did just that. Only to find out I still had to call this 800 number to go through more steps to activate my card but now every time I call that number theres no agent available to take my call or the line instantly drops this company is a fraud and has been reported over the last couple of months as I have recently found out and they are refusing to refund me I have two screenshots to upload but i was only able to upload one in the screenshots are the amounts they took
