I ordered a product, nasal spray, and it never arrived. I ordered this in May. Now, in September, I received an email from them and I replied saying I never received it. They told me to re-order and they would provide me 50% off shipping. They would not fulfill the order due to them being under new management.

I can provide all the emails if requested.
