5 spa gift baskets were ordered on 6/7/26. A package (tracked through the website's order tracking) was delivered on 6/19/26 containing 5 hamster key chains instead of the gift baskets. Attempts to contact customer support result in an auto-reply about longer than normal response times. A refund has been requested, but the company has not followed up.

I ordered 5 gift sets from a company named Dinhnova on 6/15/26. What was delivered was 5 cheap cat key chains. There is no phone number to report the issue. I have left 2 email messages to their support email with no response. I am out the money without satisfaction for what I ordered.
