I bought a couch and a cat tree. I received an email confirming my order, with an order number. They said they would forward a shipping tracking number once ready to ship. I never got that number. I tried following up with them and can't get a reply. It appears the site is not real and the store doesn't exist when you try to Google the address. Really frustrating to loose money this way. It really looked real.

Link posted on FB to above page, where sell cheap laptops after Christmas sale. Payed, they stated the laptop was sent, but never arrived.

Advertisement on Facebook called www.Genny.store advertising cabinets for arts and crafts for super cheap and sent me an email after saying that my purchase was accepted and they took the funds really fast. But sent me an email saying wait for us to email you when your order has shipped ect and I have waited for 5 days so far for an email when their shipping says I could get it within 5 days. This is not the first time an add on Facebook has taken money from me and I never get the product.and when I went to look for an address or phone number anything there is literally nothing except it sent me straight here. So I'm hoping maybe you can help me. I just want my money back is all. Thank you

This site is called (so that is what they call it) "qujeuq.site". It is on Facebook advertising items for a real good price and also has lots of reviews.

Right when you order and it immediately says "that your purchase has been completed-wait for an email saying that we have shipped your order". I've been waiting for a few weeks now and have not receive any email but they took the funds pretty quick. This web site has LOTS of addresses & fake phone numbers that I found on it. Not sure were to even start. So I'm sending this to the Better Business Bureau.

They can find this fast and better than me. Thank you.
