Since then, I have not received the earrings or a refund. I attempted to resolve the issue directly with the company, but they have not refunded my money. I filed three disputes with my card issuer (Chime), and all were denied.
At this point, I believe I may have been scammed. I am requesting assistance in recovering my money and investigating this business but haven’t had any success.. don’t do any business with this company they will trick you with fake customer support and tell you your address doesn’t match your card info an ask to do a 3way call with your bank in hopes to get your bank information and have your account cleaned out.. they need to have their site taken down
