Ordered online and was given a tracking number after they said it was shipped. Number didn't work. After a few weeks of not receiving my order, contacted them and was told it had been delivered. They gave me another tracking number that I took to our local post office and they said it was an incorrect number or fraudulent. I emailed the company again and sent them the official letter from the post office and now I can't get them to respond to me.

I placed the order. Tracking number was not updated after 2 weeks. I sent an email, tracking number showed item at LAX. 2 more weeks later I received email stating my package was in a postal locker which I don’t have. I checked with the post office, the tracking number was not in my area at all. No traceable location. I contacted bank to reverse charge and notified company of my actions and displeasure at not receiving item. They are liars and cheats. On their website they lead you to believe they are US based and have all 5 star reviews. Internet search shows 1.5.
