The seller provided a tracking link indicating that the package was handed over to the carrier, but there have been no further tracking updates since then. I have contacted their customer support multiple times. On September 10, they requested that I wait an additional 7 to 10 working days. However, well over that timeframe has passed, and I have still not received the package nor any further meaningful updates regarding its location.
