I was looking for dresses online and this website came up. I purchased a dress but then realized I no longer needed it so I reached out to the websites email. They told me I could cancel and get a refund because the dress was not shipped yet but that there would be a $10 fee for the cancellation. I assumed I would be getting the rest of my money back but never did. I emailed many times but got no response back. I called the number listed on the website just to realize that the number was random and was not linked to the company at all. I never got a refund neither was the dress ever delivered.
