Purchased two outfits from deuyo, of North Carolina. Seems this was a an unknown name I’ve tried to reach them but everything has failed…I wanted to return an item, but cannot reach them.I’ve tried all Deuyo sights, but get know response. They advertise all the time on facebook. This is very disturbing that these fake companies get away with this.

Products are advertised on Facebook as made in South Carolina. There are customer reviews describing satisfaction. (I believe now they are fake) The clothing quality is exceptionally poor. The sizes although marked size Small are not USA sizes. I can not access customer service to complain. I was quite surprised to see the Asian shipping label when it arrived.

Deuyo claims their products are manufactured and shipped from the US. Also claims high quality.

However, their quality is poor. When you request refund they first try to offer you 1/4 the price you paid, then they try to offer you 1/2 the price you paid. Then they say you have to send the items to them in "RETRUN ADDRESS: No 47, 107 Sheikh Zayed Rd - Dubai - UAE +852 81990571" - even though their advertising states they are made in US. I expect many in US are being scammed by this online company located outside of the US.

Deuyo advertised on Facebook heavily. I bought 3 blouses for $115.97 because they kept noting on the website that it was made in America! South Carolina! Poor quality, nothing fit right, or even close. They would only refund me $12. When I complained, they went up to $28. Complained some more, they said $48. Then the last offer was $54 and wared me that my return to their factory would be very costly if I wanted the entire refund. I have researched the address they want it shipped to, it is a parking garage! Or I could keep the crappy items for a fraction.
Below is the last communication from them.
Dear customer:

That address is just a warehouse in US for shipping order, but they can't accept return package.

USD$54 is our best offer as compensation, can you keep them? If not, please return items to follow address, thanks

This is the return address:No 47, 107 Sheikh Zayed Rd - Dubai - UAE +852 81990571

Please send tracking number to us after you return it, we will full refund after receive return package.

I initially saw an advertisement for women's clothing on sale. The clothing look like very nice pieces and it said they were made in South Carolina, USA. I ordered 3 dresses on August 31st and paid $112.47. It took several weeks to receive the dresses and when they arrived they were nothing like what was shown on the site, nor was it of any good quality. They were clearly made from another country. The packaging had oriental writing all over it, but the USPS tracking slip was also posted over another oriental packaging slip. The address it said it came from was from Joe Doe, 230-39 Rockaway Blvd, Bldg B, Springfield Gardens, NY 11413. Needless to say, I contacted them to return the items on September 12th to share my disappointment and asked to send back the items. I received a message offering me $22 US dollars as compensation and that I could keep the dresses and donate them. I again contacted them on 9/14 and said, I spent $112.47 and that was what I expected and that your advertisement said they were made in the US and that I would expect a full refund or I would report to BBB. The next message I received was an offer for $38 and could I accept this? I again contacted them on 9/19 and told them we had a serious problem in that I paid $112.47 for dresses I could nor would not wear and that I expected a full refund. The next message I received from them was for an offer of $55 and that I didn't need to return the items for their warehouse is in Dubai, the freight back to Dubai is about $45-100 US dollars. and that I would have to pay the freight myself. I again contacted them and told them I would be sending a report to the ScamPulse.com regarding their practices. The last email was that I could return the clothes to us for a full refund. The address was No47 107 Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, UAE +852 81990571. This is the only return address. Don't forget to give us the return tracking number, we will refund when we receive the package. But there is no prepaid return label, we don't refund the freight, and you need to pay the freight return. Needless to say, I'm not sure that this is a correct address since the packaging is oriental in nature. I can't trust that I will even get any money back.

This women's clothing company advertises on Facebook and claims to be located in South Carolina, US. They advertise free and easy returns and exchanges. After purchasing 3 blouses and trying to return two, I learned, they are NOT in the US, they are in Dubai, and they DO NOT offer free returns/exchanges or any returns at all. I followed the return instructions on their website and was told they would refund me $12.00. Then they raised their offer to $28.00. I advised that they claimed to have free returns and they said I could ship the items to them in Dubai and I would pay the shipping. This company is a SCAM. They are advertising heavily on Facebook and they are using several names including DEUYO, RASNEY, ORPARE, EBANEY. I paid $104.00 for 3 blouses that do not fit and are inferior quality and materials and they are NOT made in the US.

This company, Deuyo, operates on FaceBook and under several other names. The billing on my Paypal account was to "Dress Fashion", they also use "Indiefit."

The order was shipped from "Joe Doe 230-39 Rockaway Blvd. Bldg.B, Springfield Gardens, NY 11413.

I asked to return the dresses I had ordered from them on FB, using my PayPal.

When I got the dresses, a few weeks later, they were not at all as described and I told them (as per their advertised policy) that I wanted to return them and get a refund.

When they finally answered back (via email) they said they would only give my $39.00.

When I demanded a full refund, they offered $69. Far from what I paid, which was $124.17

I reported them to FB. They have done nothing, although there are countless posts about situations just like mine, so there is a LOT of fraud going on that FB is doing nothing about. And God knows how many other places on the internet where they are also ripping people off.

I saw this ad on FB for clothing made in South Carolina. Deuyo is the company and Deuyo.com is the website. I did search BBB.org for any issues and none were reported and there was no report. I also looked at the reviews and most were overwhelmingly positive. When I recieved my order, the clothes were extremely poor quality and the fit was not right. I looked at the details to do a return and a contact to customer service through only email was necessary. I noticed that the sku's did not match what was online. After several rounds of asking for return code did I get weird messages... like the following:

1) Sorry for giving you a bad shopping experience. we are willing to offer you US $44 refund as a compensation. can you accept it? You can donate the items.

2) our general warehouse is in Dubai, we can offer US$68 refund, , can you accept it?

3)We’re sorry for that. how about US $88? for our warehouse is in Dubai, the freight back to Dubai is about $45-100 US dollars. you will have to pay the freight yourself.

After the 3rd attempt, I realize that the company is scamming customers. Baiting with a catalogue of very nice clothes and getting switched to fake wanna be clothes. Please warn others of this scam. I lost $200 due to not finding any warning. The website lists a London, England address.

I bought three dresses from this company for 120$.
The clothes that arrived were not even worth 30$.
The clothes were made from recycled fabric. It is noisy if worn. Cheap plasticky type dress. Very poor quality.
The pictures on the website are photoshopped which I only later realized.
The website says that they ship immediately from stores in US, UK and Canada. This is a lie. The clothes took one month to arrive and they came from China.
I was also charged a BorderEcommerce transaction fee which was no where mentioned during shopping or on the website.
Once received, I disputed it only the website. Whoever is on the other end banned me from posting and reporting my complaint.
So I had to go to the website to contact the service email.
They told me that I have to return the clothes to Dubai at my cost. They also had the guts to tell me that ‘shipping to Dubai is not worth your money’!

This is a scam where they trick you with photoshopped pictures, lie on their website, blackmail the customer by forcing you to keep their cheap quality clothes or pay more money in return shipping.

When I asked them for a local return address they had nothing to say. Just apologized and offered a discount on their cheap products.
Who charges 120$ for 30$ worth of garbage clothes!

Shame on the people who cheat customers this way!
