Ordered Mid-December for a Christmas gift. Website said it would be shipped immediately and look for a tracking number. Never received tracking number. Sent email to customer support to cancel order and requesting refund. No response from vender. Sent another email cancelling order. No response. Received an emial from company mid-january stating they had shipping problems but would be fulfilled soon. Immediately replied that order was cancelled and not to send product and issue refund. Got a "bot" response that did not address my request. Never received.

Working with CC to dispute charge. DO NOT BUY
