Purchase a random myster box from him 2 of them and he never delivered kept saying the delivery date being pushed back due to customs and stuff. I have screenshot of tracking that never updated and emails and Direct messages asking whats going on

The scammer stated items would be delivered, then there was a delay, then to keep track of shipping. Nothing was never shipped, I had placed my order back in May it is now August, all I keep getting is emails but nothing about my order being shipped, I had many reviews on Trustpilot about people not getting their order and the scamming must be stopped. At this time I had emailed the company and I will await 24-48 hrs. If no, response in time of the event I will have to go forward with a chargeback.

Order was placed in September of 2024 and the order has yet to be shipped. Refund was denied even though deadlines were not met.

I originally found the brand on Instagram. The deal they had was buy one get one t shirts for $30, so I bought two. I had no issues until months after, I continued to get emails monthly with excuses about why they haven't shipped out orders yet. It has been over a year now and I'm still getting emails about why they haven't shipped out orders.

Ordered from them april 18 2025 never received item i paid for. tried reaching out no response.check tracking on usps it shows they never created a label and probably is not at this point..seen other peoples reviews on this company and found out its all a scam

The brand advertises itself on Instagram with flashy sales and mystery boxes. Once you purchase from the website there is no confirmation email or any type of receipt to show proof of purchase. The items never arrive and customer service does not respond to emails. This scammer previously went by the brand Kizumi Worldwide.
