I ordered four items from Defi Design September 3rd. I never received information on shipping so I emailed them starting September 18th and each time I emailed them with the address they provided on the website the email bounced back saying the address was not found. I then went online and tried to find more information and could not find a singular other email or phone number. I have since tried to cancel my order. Today is September 28th and I will start to file a claim through my credit card company.
