I placed a online order on November 14. Have not received order and cannot reach anyone to cancel order. I have out to PayPal and have reached no assistance from them.

Dedebell Trading Co. Limited is a scam. I ordered an item to which they provided me with a tracking number and after emailing them they told me it was shipped to the wrong address. They promised to reship my item and to date 2 months after, no item.

They have now blocked my email address. PayPal does business with them knowing that they are scammers. I will never use PayPal again. I am shutting down my accounts.

I will continue to email this company and share it on my social media pages. Thieves!

Ordered an item and never received it. The company charged my credit card $37.73 and then never sent follow-up info or updates or the item. After further investigation through Paypal Resolution dept. It was found to be from the above company who seems to have several reports on it. SCAM

I was looking at items on Marketplace and became interested in some of the crystal sun catchers. A decorative item to hang by the window to reflect the sun with multiple colors

Well it was ordered and paid for 3/20/21.

I didn't think to much about it untill it was going on 3-4 weeks. I started to check in it and it was still in being shipped as far as my tracking showed

Then still nothing.

Next time I checked it said it was deliver in 4/26/21 @. 5:43 PM .

Not to me!

I checked with the PO, it was delivered to another address with the same zip code as mine. But not my street or address

But of course they won't give me the address it went to for my "safety" reasons!

Nice, I paid for it and had my address in it when the order was placed .

And the law seems to protect the scamner,. Your out cash and they get both the product and the your money.

I was told by my mail person that there is a scam where they actually change the delivery address during shipping so you never receive it. Somehow PayPal is involved too

I have reported it to the Postal Inspector Office which everyone should do if it involves mail fraud.

I have tried everything I can to try to locate where it went by my tracking number with no results

It doesn't even show on Marketplace that I made a purchase! So I can't contact the so called business . And I need that information for Facebook to help me or report the company.

I think that this scammer is local and would really like to see them shut down.

My mailman had it happen to him but thru another carrier. And his was delivered to a Gun shop on State Rd in the 44134 zip code. Could be the same people.

I have contacted them twice and have not gotten any response

from them

So my advice is buy local when buying off Marketplace. Even better go pick your purchase up
