A set of disconnect tools were offered online for $11.14. When the tools arrived it was only 1 tool not the set. I emailed my complaint and stated that I wanted a refund and how to send it back. They offered a $2.00 reduction in price or I could order more tools at a reduced rate. The entire set is advertised on Amazon for about $25.00. I rejected their offer and they said that was the best they could do. They admitted that their advertisement was misleading, but no complete refund was offered or a way to send the piece back to them.
