I received a phone call and the person left a voicemail stating they needed my address for paperwork they was preparing to send me! Said they had tried to contact me several times and that I'm evasive! I called the phone number they left! A gentleman answered and stated that he was trying to collect a debt and he knew the last 4 of my ss number! He stated the debt was from 2016 and he knew my bank and my place of employment! Stated that they had to wait 10 years before they could file anything! Asked if I could make payments he could drop the amount to 1,060.00! If I could pay all of it he could drop it to $700.00! I explained to him that I couldn't talk right then andi could talk on my break! He wanted to know when my break was? He said if he hadn't heard from me by 2pm he would call back! I tried to call back and no one answered! I didn't receive another call until 530pm. I didn't answer! They called from 1-859-568-8762 and told me to call back at 409-761-7631!

I missed a call but a voice mail was left. It was a threat of a court documents at my place of work if I did not call 866-502 2518 immediately. I called and the girl told me I owed over $2300 and would have to fight it out in court. I asked what it was for and she said some pay day loan but never gave me specific. I asked when this loan happened because I have never gotten one or applied for one. She would not give me a date. I told her I had not received information about it in the mail and she said November. I asked November when, what year? And was it sent certified. She had no answer. i asked the name of her firm and she only said litigation department. She kept threatening me with a court date. I told her I had never gotten a pay day loan and felt this was maybe an identity theft issue and she said it was not. I asked where they were located. She refused to tell me. I asked if they had proof of whoever took out the loan and she said I walked in the place of business and did it myself, which I absolutely did not. She asked if my husband may have done it and I told her no, because I had been divorced for over 20 years. I kept pushing for more information and she got angry, hung up on me. Then called my ex of 20 years and his wife!!! I called back to speak with a manager and was hung up on. I called back 5 times to speak with a manager or get the company name, address and any information I could and the kept hanging up on me. HELP!!!!! How do I stop this insanity????????
