The scammer has not attempted to contact me directly but has contacted friends and family repeatedly. Leaving the following message This message is intended for (a friends name is used here but I removed it ). My name is Celeste Kennedy state investigator contacting you with the Fraud Department in regards to some fraudulent charges that are pending against the relative by the name of (My Name) . If you know those whereabouts please have her contact the petitioner office to provide a statement on file regarding her case before legal documents are served for her to appear in Cook County District Court. That contact number is 833-883-2924. Be sure to reference case number DL as in Delta 889908. Thank you for your assistance and best of luck to Ms. (My Name)...

Automated call that called my home number, cell number and work number saying that I owe $2200 and that if I don't pay they will issue a warrent for my arrest and take further legal actions. They've called several times using different numbers. A few times they called, both my home & cell number rang at the same time. The one person I spoke to had my Drivers License number, my SSN and my old address. Another number they used was 833-805-1155, 866-281-9042, and 866-219-0545.

Phone Number 863-484-0760 & 863-484-0223 called and left threatening messages to file a lawsuit for a $ 20,000.00 loan.

They accused me of opening a bank account and borrowing money the closing the account.

I have not been to Florida nor have I opened any new bank accounts in the last 7 years. I asked the caller to identify themselves and they refuse. They claim to be a law firm but will not tell me the name of the firm. The phone number does not trace back to a legal, collections or financial institution.

My sister recieved a text from this company claiming, theyre trying to reach me & that they cant disclose the reason. I called the number & they want me to leave my number & wait for a call back. I am not doing so, as Im calling them from a masked number.

They told me I defaulted in a credit card from 8 years ago and that I was sued in court and they won . they then said that my wages would be garnished and my employer would be contacted if I did not give them the money today over the phone. They said I owed them 6500 dollars. I hung up after I refused to gie them any more information.
