I'm receiving emails from a debt collection agency - Mark Smith. He has refused to give me any information regarding the debt, his n address, phone number, but he did send me a fake address which doesn't exist. He has made threats to have me arrested on 10/3/2024 and again on 10/11/24. I have requested him to give me a phone number and he said they do not call anyone, they just communicate through emails. He put his name was Mark Smith, Senior Debt Collector. On 10/11/24 he sent me an email threatening to have me arrested and he put his name Mark Smith, Sr. Investigation Officer (Department of Law Enforcement) He is trying to scam me out of money. He said he was going to blacklist me as well.
