I ordered merchandise from Dearscloth.com that I never received, and when I attempted to contact them, there was an unsatisfactory response

When I requested a refund, I received no response.

I should have checked out this business before I ordered two items. The idea that they were connected

to our National Parks intrigued me! I placed an order and have never heard from them since they confirmed

it.

The clothing was advertised on the DearsCloth.com website I was visiting. It described material as cotton or denim. What arrived was clearly not cotton but a stretchy, cheap fabric, with sizing completely wrong. They have offered to send me $10 or to have me ship it back. They sent 2 emails from [email protected], each with a different address to ship to, but no country name. Address: 125-1058, Nishishinjuku (tsuginobiruonozoku), Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo,Zibo Area Code: 160-0023

Tel: +8169-689-3296 and Address: 528-7, Pyeongnae-dong, Namyangju-si, Gyeonggi-do

Zibo Area Code: 472-819 Tel: +82-4-101-6092. I have written to say I need a complete address. I also let them know I would be reporting them here. I paid $89.25 on 1/15/26 and items arrived yesterday so no option to get a refund from my credit card company. They need to be stopped!

Nice clothing product pictures on the Dearscloth.com website, but product never shipped. I lost $54.59 on the order. I tried contacting them at [email protected].
