Purports items are cotton and made in USA to help support National Parks. Product is poorly made polyester fabric and made in China. Looks nothing like the original picture and description of product.

Beware of getting tricked, fooled and taken for a ride with this scam company. Merchandise received was nothing like what I ordered, wrong materials, odd patterns, wrong materials, wrong patterns. not made in USA.

- Petaluma, CA, USA • May 15, 2026

I ordered this shirt because they advertised they were supporter of the USFS - this is fraudulent!

The shirt that arrived was synthetic and not cotton as advertised. It was poorly made and the wrong color.

- Bowie, MD, USA • Apr 15, 2026

I ordered three blouses based on the photographs and the product's fabric description. The store claims to be located in the United States, so I trusted that information. After a very long wait, I received three blouses that are merely printed reproductions of the originals—made from a different type of fabric, of abysmal quality, and shipped from Tokyo, Japan.

I requested a refund, but my request was denied.

When I requested a refund, I received no response.

I should have checked out this business before I ordered two items. The idea that they were connected

to our National Parks intrigued me! I placed an order and have never heard from them since they confirmed

it.

The clothing was advertised on the DearsCloth.com website I was visiting. It described material as cotton or denim. What arrived was clearly not cotton but a stretchy, cheap fabric, with sizing completely wrong. They have offered to send me $10 or to have me ship it back. They sent 2 emails from [email protected], each with a different address to ship to, but no country name. Address: 125-1058, Nishishinjuku (tsuginobiruonozoku), Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo,Zibo Area Code: 160-0023

Tel: +8169-689-3296 and Address: 528-7, Pyeongnae-dong, Namyangju-si, Gyeonggi-do

Zibo Area Code: 472-819 Tel: +82-4-101-6092. I have written to say I need a complete address. I also let them know I would be reporting them here. I paid $89.25 on 1/15/26 and items arrived yesterday so no option to get a refund from my credit card company. They need to be stopped!
