They always identify themselves as Heather from Dealer Processing, then proceed to tell me that the warranty has expired on my vehicle and this is my last chance to renew it. They then ask if I would like to talk to an agent.

At this point I say no and hang up. I have been contacted by all the numbers listed above and my husband has also been contacted. We are both on the "No Call List" however it doesn't stop the calls. I am worried that an elderly person is going to say "yes" and get scammed.
