I applied for a work from home job part time and they sent me an offer letter. Shortly after signing the offer letter I was contacted by a Supervisor who advised me that she would be training me. She also advised me to set up a cash app so that my software license can be paid via Cash App and that they would send me the money. For some reason I decided to research this company and found on your web site that there were complaints. I have not given them any money and also closed out my cash app account. I have a meeting with the Supervisor Monday August 3rd and will be advising her that I will not go forward due to the information found from your site the BBB.

I applied for a part time remote job that would provide equipment for the position. I was contacted and received an offer letter. I was told by the representative at DC Medical Joint Research Centre that a check for $500 was sent to me via email, and I should deposit the $500 into my bank account and withdraw the money and send via CashApp so my equipment could be purchased. This caused a -$500 on my bank account. I reached out to CashApp and they were very helpful returning the money to me and the money was returned to my bank account. This was a scam and I should have seen the red flags when they sent the check to my email. I am so glad I was able to get my funds back and will be more careful to watch out for scammers in the future.

Please beware of DC Medical Joint Research Centre. The phone number is a cell phone number, and the address does not list this business. I have attached the email they sent to me. Also, there is a website for this facility, but it was built using onepage.me. If this was legit, I'm sure they wouldn't use onepage.me for making their website.
