Absolutely deplorable customer service and you never receive what you order. I ordered a car seat canopy back in early July, order status has not changed. Contacted them for a refund and said their policy was BS when told I would be charged additionally for the cancellation and only receive store credit. I was then told I was a scammer and they don’t do refunds and my “account was being forwarded to their fraud department” I threatened to contact the ScamPulse.com they blocked me. I am now out the money and the product. They also said they reported me to my bank for me being fraudulent.
