Report

I ordered the dawnbands for my kids to use to wake them up. It was advertised on an ADHD parenting group on Facebook. I checked out the website and it had a 60 money back guarantee and the address was in New Jersey. Seemed legit. I ordered through the shop app. It shipped from China. It is terrible quality and doesn't work as advertised. When I attempted to return for a full refund they said I had to ship it back to an overseas address. The post office couldn't even find the address to ship to bc there was no country listed. We put China and in order to get the tracking it would be over $125. I reported back to the customer support and they have not responded.
