I bought two pairs of shoes on their platform. I am extremely disappointed with the poor quality of the shoes. The shoes are without brand, without manufacturer, without labels. The upper material is terrible, rough and very thin. However, the soles of the shoes are particularly thick and heavy. They are impossible to be worn. These are completely different from advertisements. I wanted to return and get a refund. I contacted the customer service. But the customer service was awful. After communicating via email I was told only 25% refund.
