I ordered flowers online from their website. When the flowers were not delivered, I called the owner. He would not give me a straight answer. I requested for him to refund me in full. He hung up on me. Then the charge posted to my account. I called him again to refund my credit card since the flowers were never delivered. He hung up on me again. He will no longer answer my calls now and I have not received a refund. I do not want to see him do this to someone else.
