I ordered these alpaca-filled, heart-shaped, cage-like devices that you put in a tree outside in the spring and summer for the birds to come pull the alpaca from to build their nests. I felt it was a novel idea, and that it would truly be an aid to wildlife. In the advertisement, there is a picture of a woman holding the heart surrounded by alpaca. It's very compelling. When I received them - I bought 3- they were filled with man-made, synthetic fiber, and the size of the cage is 5"x6", not the 7"x8" that was indicated in the advertisement. I feel totally ripped off. I hope you can stop these people. I am sure they are harming many consumers like myself with their false advertising.
