Excellent work from the team Czone Solutions as they're providing professional work, positive response from team with good work and time management. They were punctual in arriving for their first meeting. They were prompt in their response to our queries. They were professional in their approach and spoke to technophobes in a dignified manner and they provided us with a reasonable quote. You guys are the best! Keep up the great work!. Thank you so much for a job well done.

Czone Solutions is a legit Online IT and support service provider. I personally recommend to my friends, because my son John always connected to Czone Solutions for any occurrences in his Laptop. I request to Scampulse to delete or spam the negative review for Czone Solutions

I would like to file a complaint and get a refund of scammed amount. I have dealt with Adept and Czone Solutions for a number of years now . They have fixed my computer taking control of it each time. After a couple of times they needed more money to fix computer saying drivers had been compromised. I did pay a couple more times, then I got angry and told them I was not giving them one more cent because they had told me I would never have to pay again. They kept calling me at different times to tell me my computer was comprimised. I did not hear from them for a long while, then I was getting calls that the company was closing and did I want a refund. I just hung up but after several calls, ( it was not from Adept but from all new phone numbers) I decided to answer. It was from adept and they told me I was going to get a refund. Asked me to tell them how much I had spent over the years with them, I told them and they said there would be a refund in that amount. I wondered how this could be but then the real truth came out. I did as I was told by this company that I just had to go to a store and purchase gift cards in the same amount that I was getting the refund for > Yes, so I went to one store and I was ony allowed to purchase 2 x $100 cards, so I told them this and they told me to go to another store to get the rest. As soon as I told the store what I wanted, they would not sell me any at all, saying that this is a scam. So I left the store and blocked the number that I had been talking to and so I would not have to deal with them any more. I am asking to get back my $200.00 only and chalk up the rest of the amount they were going to refund me too. I am getting rather kow on my cash and need to get this refund to me Hope you can help me with this, Liz Sutton

Prior to the fraudulent/scam incident that happened to me yesterday, August 21, 2019, my computer was having a lot of strange pop-ups for things like insurance and other things that I do not recall right now. In the past I have used a variety of anti-virus software so I decided to order Norton by Symantec Security Premium, an electronic download from Amazon. There were three steps to getting the software on my computer. 1) visit norton.com/setup 2) Enter the product key which was given to me in the packaging that I received from Amazon 3) click next and follow the onscreen instructions. As soon as I did the first step, a window appeared saying that my computer was in bad shape so I should call a number that was given to me. I was already in panic mode that my computer was having problems, so I decided to call the number so I could get the extra help I needed to fix my computer.

The "Norton technician" told me that my firewall's subscription was no longer protecting my computer so I needed to get the best protection possible by having Czone Solutions help me with it. They contacted the company for me while I was on the line.

After gaining access to my computer, Czone Solutions convinced me that I needed to get protection for my firewall and they had three different plans available: For 3 years it was $219.99, 5 years was $279.99 and permanent which included any new computer I may purchase in the future, $599.99. I figured that a permanent solution for future computers was the best idea so I went through the process of getting the $599.99 plan. They even had me verify with the credit card company that I wanted to go through with the transaction. The credit card transaction had Adept Help as the place where the payment was going to.

A friend was here with me at the time and helped me by writing down phone numbers and other information that they gave me. I was then transferred back to the "Norton technician" who installed the software for me.

After I hung up with them, I talked to my friend and she felt very suspicious about the whole thing, but she did not want to say anything because she felt that she was not as techie as I was. I've used computers since 1989, but I did not see this scam coming. It was only after I had talked to my friend that I became more suspicious. After doing a Google search for Czone Solutions + scam, that I realized they are frauds and scammers. They knew how to cover all their bases, even requiring a Authorization Agreement. Looking back now, I realize that I have never dealt with any reputable company that required so much on my part to agree with what they were selling me. But yet, I followed through with what they asked me to do. I am beyond angry and frustrated that I was fooled so easily.

The phone numbers that I was given match the company phone numbers at both the Czone Solutions and Help Adept websites.

We went to the credit card website and "locked" the credit card so the pending charges would not go through. We also contacted the credit card company and told them of the fraud/scam that happened and that the card was locked and they secured the card as well. Later today we will contact the credit card company to dispute the charges as being fraud and a scam.

By the way, the 6 reviews of Czone customers from the ScamPulse.com website are all raving the company for the excellent work they did to help them protect their computers. I believe these to be falsified in order to persuade people into trying them out. But the fact that the ScamPulse.com has this printed at their website means a lot too: THIS BUSINESS IS NOT ScamPulse.com ACCREDITED.
