I ordered a Christmas Tree online and thought I was ordering from Balsam Hill and found out it was not that company. I ordered this on 1/21/2023 and have not received it. I have sent them several emails and did get a response initially with tracking and it was still in transit. I checked tracking again and it showed it was delivered, but it was not. It was coming from out of the country. I emailed several more times with no response. I cannot even locate the website anymore. I am now out $91.65.

Purchased a fireplace. Never received. Emailed the company. They sent me a fake tracking number. No longer have a website and will not respond to emails.

I ordered a Christmas tree from what I thought was a Balsam Hill website. My credit card was charged $56.85. When I received the email concerning my order, there was no mention of Balsam Hill. It was from "Degree AR" and I questioned that it was a scam. Got an email response, not very professional, stating it wasn't a scam. Tried to cancel the order and have the money put back on my credit card; that didn't happen. Then, I find out that it was coming from China! Tried to cancel again; was told that I could return it, but pay the shipping, and they would give me a 35% discount which didn't happen. My credit card has been charged $56.85 and I never received my order. I have registered a dispute with my credit card company.
