I placed an order on 12/9/23 it was for a Christmas gift for my mother in law I paid for expedited shipping I started reaching out on 12/11 because I had not received a confirmation email I later found out it went to spam. As it got closer to Christmas I checked back for a status and was told that it was waiting a tracking number and that it may be stuck at the post office but the status on their site never showed that the item shipped on 12/24 o requested a refund and they told me that I couldn’t get a refund because my product is in production and since it is personalized it would be a 10% cancellation fee. I responded and told them that was not acceptable that they have not held up to the terms of their policy and they responded on 12/25 stating it would now be a 20% cancellation fee.

I wish I could give zero stars. Cusmyfashion.com site is a rip-off. They took my money and vanished without a trace.

Product photos stolen from Etsy accounts (I contacted the Etsy account later who indicated no connection with the company). I purchased a product. The order confirmation and other emails from the company kept going to spam. One email, claiming a delay in production, had the wrong order number, stock product photos that were supposed to be my custom item, and the reply email was a different customer service email with a different server ([email protected]). In response to my requests to cancel my order, I have received contradicting replies from "your order will ship tonight so we cannot cancel" to "please be patient, customizations take a while and there's an intricate process that must be followed." Either way, they refuse to cancel my order and refuse to offer a refund and refuse to give me a phone number to call to clarify. Most of the time, they don't even address the points in my email, it's just a generic response.
