Tried to return 3 out of 4 times I bought due to sizing issues. Was given the run around 3 separate times given solutions like 20% refund and I keep all the items. I explained they are for my honeymoon and I want them to fit correctly. Then I was told I needed to provide photos of the suits in order to be giving my return shipping label which is not a part of the return policy on their site.

I'm currently having a similar issue. They never told me, after a month, that my original purchase was sold out and therefore never sent. I had to personally contact their team to try and get my refund, but I was told, in a "nice way" that the sizing issue was my fault. I wear a D 44 bra and ordered a size 22 suit. Lol, tell me how they ended up sending me a 32 B in a size "22 plus?" The 20% refund upon keeping the items I can't wear was the last straw! Please none buy from them. It's a scam.

Ordered swimsuits on a website. They did not fit and arrived with the hygienic sticker all crunched up due to the way they were folded. I went to the website and you need to request information (forms and address) for a return via [email protected]. they will not send me the information at after many back and forth emails. They have a policy that states returns must be done in 15 days so i think they are just pushing me out. Today the rep said we should " take A break" from each other.

I ordered a bathing suit on Curvyall.com. It did not match the picture at all. When I attempted to return, I didn’t hear anything for quite a while. When I did, they encouraged me to keep the suit and they’d credit me $6. Again, I said I had no interest in wearing a suit that didn’t match the picture, and they responded again saying, how about $9. I again said no, and they responded saying that it would be a waste to return it because they are going to charge me almost half of the cost of the suit to return it. They encouraged me to resale it instead. Who would want to buy a poor quality suit from me? I’m now $40 in the whole. Such a scam of a website.
