Facebook ad running in December 2025 for. BARSYS 2.0 coaster. I ordered it, paid with Amex. Transaction on 12/11/25, received counterfeit product 1/6/26. Customer service at actual company was not helpful after first attempt. After I gave them my order number, they should have told me I was scammed. They still haven’t. I sent them photos of all documents and still have not received a response that I was scammed. I have advised them of their bad customer service..as stated in on,one inquiry. I filed a dispute with AMEX and they have reimbursed me. I am a good detective and researched the name and email of the phone number shown on Amex transaction.
