They shut down all my miners, a 50 000 USD value and they wanna force me to upgrade after less than a year by spending more money. This will go to my lawyer for sure.

In July of 2022 I bought a bitcoin miner through Cryptoatcost.com. for approx. $600. The company has a location in Kitchener Ontario, (235 Ardelt Ave, Kitchener).The miner was initially working as promised, but stopped sometime in the last few months. The support staff at the company has said that my miner has been turned off because of the "crash" of bitcoin. However, Bitcoin was lower at the time, which completely invalidates this argument. The company has not released information I've requested such as: terms and agreement for the miner, the date at which my miner was shut off. They have now blocked me from asking them questions in their support hub. I've attached pictures of the exchanges.
