Long shipping time, received 2 items, not what I ordered. They shipped a 3rd, still not the floral blouse I ordered. Style is not what I ordered & quality is horrible. Asked for refund, they said I could get $7, not acceptable. Then told $14, then told $20 was best they could do and to file a complaint with my credit card company. I received the $20 credit now waiting for the balance.

This company runs a variety of ads, different company names & from different cities.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM, they are actually located in Dubai, according to my bank.

I ordered 2 tops over 1 month ago. When I ask them where my order is they take 4 days to reply & ask me to wait a few more days. They state they are from South Carolina when they are actually from China. Buyers beware this company is a total scam & they will steal your hard earned money & not send you anything.

Placed order, received product, wasn't satisfied as it was not as described. Merchandise not the quality nor as shown, sizes totally not the same as measurements provided. Way too big. Immediately wrote to them for return address and return code. Received an email in the middle of the night offering me $12 for my trouble and told me to keep all of them. I told them NO, I wanted a refund and how to mail them back. This has been going on back and forth for 3 days now and they are up to $42 total "compensation" for my trouble as this person keeps telling me. Ridiculous. I cannot reach anyone during the day, there is no phone #. They won't give me my money back. They say they won't take anything back but want to give me a few dollars to keep them. I spent $288. My credit card company needs a phone number and a location to go after them but there is no tracking of these people!

Claimed to be from South Carolina. Order would be shipped and would be delivered in 12-16 days. Purchased on the 18 November. Still have not received the items. Tracking code is 9405509202043011479753. Made many attempts to get a correct tracking number, find out where my package is, why it hasn't been sent out. They said due to COVID it takes awhile. Explained that is not true. I explained that I would be contacted the ScamPulse.com since I saw that they lied about where the information came from and will contact my credit card company. I am not seeing it right now on my credit card, but it doesn't mean it is not there. They claim that it is in transit and I am waiting for the tracking number for them to prove it. We are well past the 30 days.

Ditto to all the other reviews, represent themselves as United States based company and production but are not. Will not allow returns, poor quality materials (thin, thin, thin). Kept offering discounts or you have to ship it to Dubai! Shame on Facebook and Instagram

I have repeatly asked for a return label and refund. They keep putting me off and offer $7.00 now up to $16.00. My pkg. arrived without 'any paper work' what so ever. I spend $70.00 plus dollars on three blouses that were not as discribed. I want a refund! What do I do know?

I saw an advertisement on Facebook for a company called Crigne. They sell tops for the mature woman. I ordered two tops. Paid $80 with my credit card. I ordered them in June and received them today. The tops were not as advertised. I ordered size XL. The tops are very small. Poor quality/ They are made to fit a tiny person. They are way too small. It does not indicate the fabric on the tag. Chinese on label. They advertise made in California. I do not have an address or phone number. I cannot get anywhere on [email protected] I am contacting my credit card company.
