A rep by the name of Jessica Gonzalez called, threatening that we needed to contact 866-977-3850 right away. When I called the number, a very rude man picked up the phone and I asked who it was, and he said Cranebrook and Associates and spelled it out for me when I wasn't getting the name right. When I asked if he was a debt collector, he said 'No, I'm a litigator, now movie it along", and hung up on me! Total scam artists!!!
